In 2019, Bruno, a Brazilian immigrant with a Spanish, Italian and Portuguese background, had an idea that he simply had to develop. This was to start a series of pop-up dinners that mirror his culinary experiences – beginning with his mother’s table as a child and all through his career as a chef working for some of the most recognizable culinary establishments in the United States.

From there The Foreigner Experience was born with a 10-seat Menu-Confiance dinner.

The project rapidly gained popularity within the local community, and Bruno, along with his partners Johnny, and Jimmy Tung, realized that a permanent location that could truly bring his concept to life was inevitable.

Almost 4 years later, we were thrilled to have opened our door in the trendy neighborhood of Audubon Park in Orlando. We invite you to experience the art of fine dining, where every dish is carefully crafted by our skilled culinary team.
